• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Please email us prior to ordering!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  We typically use the USPS. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Will GrindWorks sponsor me?

  We are not officially sponsoring anybody at this time. However, if you are riding our pegs, wearing out T-shirt/hats, using our stickers, and shouting us out on Instagram, Facebook, and other social media outlets, we have no problem doing the same back, as a mutual-exposure type deal. GrindWorks needs to grow and we want to support the people that help us do so.

• Can I get some free _____?

  No. We don't get them for free. Shipping isn't free. We are a small company making quality bike pegs, premium grade grindwax, stickers, and screenprinted shirts. We need your support to continue and grow.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
